Apply before hopping under the shower.  Scoop about a heaped tablespoon of the Salt of the Sea Body Polish into your hand before massaging over your body.  Hop under the shower and rinse off.  Voila! Nothing more needed.  Will leave your body feeling exfoliated, soft and moisturised.
